Sometimes it can take a few negative headlines: a turkey free Christmas for instance, to bring positive solutions to the table. There has never been a stronger case for a more localised food system, but how?
The Scottish Government would like to hear from as many people as possible about their experience, aspiration and contribution to a more local food system https://www.gov.scot/publications/local-food-everyone-discussion/ . As with any consultation remember you do not need to complete the whole thing- a few single lines on your experience of accessing local food or proposed models for replication is enough.
